The challenge with naturally-occuring food coloring is that they aren’t as intense as commercial ones. My advice is to accept that — your red won’t be pure red , your green won’t be pure green but the colors have unique tints all their own. …………………………………………………………………….
Source of colors
- Red : Beetroot
- Green : Spinach
- yellow : Saffron
- Purple : Red cabbage ( But you can use Blueberry, Black grapes )
- Blue : Red Cabbage + Baking soda
- Pink : Red Cabbage + lime juice
- Brown : Coffee , Cocoa powder
i love the food dye like u. it looks so amazing. i will give how to make natural black gel colour instructions 1 take natural homemade glucose or corn syrup
( i chose glucose because its a healthier option). 2. then add 3. drops homemade red beetroot gel colour. then add few 3 drops of yellow saffron gel colour. finally add 3 drops blue color from red cabbage. 3 mix very well until you get the nice black color . 4. Store it in a airtight container and i can be refrigerated for about 2 to 3 months. it can be used for cakes,frostings,sweets,and fondant and so much more
