Recipe :
For sponge Cake :
- All purpose flour – 3Cups (300g)
- Cocoa Powder- 1/2 cup (50g)
- Sugar – 2 Cups (400g)
- Baking soda – 2 tsp Salt- 1/2tsp
- Vinegar – 2tsp
- Hot water – 2 cups
- Oil – 2/3 cup
- Coffee – 1tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
For Vegan Ganache :
- Almond milk – 1 cup (250ml)
- sugar – 1/2 cup (100g)
- Cocoa Powder – 1/2 cup (50g)
- Corn Flour powder – 3 tsp
- Salt- a pinch
- oil – 1tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
