- Salt per taste
- Ginger paste 2tbsp
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 2tsp
- Corriender powder 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Excess fried Oinon oil
- Garam Masala powder 1tsp
