Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients
- All purpose flour -1 & 1/2 Cup (150g)
- Fine sugar – 1cup (100g) Baking powder – 1tsp
- Baking soada – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 2 & 1/2 tbsp
- Wet ingredients :
- Warm water – 1cup
- Coffee – 1 & 1/2 tsp Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Oil (I used Cannola oil) – 1/4th cup
- For Chocolate ganache :
- Whipping cream – 250 ml
- Semi sweet dark chocolate – 150g
