Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients
    • All purpose flour -1 & 1/2 Cup (150g)
    • Fine sugar – 1cup (100g) Baking powder – 1tsp
    • Baking soada – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp
    • Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 2 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Wet ingredients :
    • Warm water – 1cup
    • Coffee – 1 & 1/2 tsp Vinegar – 1 tsp
    • Oil (I used Cannola oil) – 1/4th cup
  • For Chocolate ganache :
    • Whipping cream – 250 ml
    • Semi sweet dark chocolate – 150g
