No-Bake Strawberry Cheese cake | How to make Cream Cheese at Home

This recipe is about the Strawberry Cheese cake. This is my 1st try to prepare the cheese at home and use it for the cake. A step by step process is shown in YouTube video.

1st Part: Cream Cheese Preparation

• Fullfat Milk 1Litre
• Vinegar 3tsp & 3tsp water mixture

2nd part – For base Biscuit crust

• Digestive biscuits 12
• Butter 50 g
• Honey 2tbsp

3rd part Cream Cheese mixture

• Whipped cream 500ml
• Fresh Cream 100g
• Sugar 1/2cup
• Salt 1/2tsp
• Sour cream 100g
• Gelatin 8g
• Honey 1tbsp

4th strawberry sauce

• For Strawberry sauce
• Strawberry 2cups
• Gelatin 5g
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Pinch of salt
